IEEE Standards Conference held in Shenzhen

Standards promote innovation and development, and standards lead the progress of the times. On November 6, the IEEE Standards Conference was held in Shenzhen. As the first global standards event held by the IEEE (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers), it attracted experts and scholars from global standards organizations to showcase cutting-edge standards trends, share the latest research results, and jointly promote the development of international standards.

As the world largest professional academic organization, IEEE currently has 420,000 members from 175 countries. Its standards-setting content covers many fields, including electrical and electronic equipment, test methods, original components, symbols, definitions, and test methods.

This IEEE Standards Conference focuses on the theme of "Leading Digitalization and Promoting Globalization" and provides suggestions for promoting the better development of international standardization. The China Institute of Communications, the World Wireless LAN Development Alliance, the IEEE Standards Association and other six institutions and organizations jointly signed a memorandum of cooperation to carry out all-round cooperation in the formulation of relevant new standards and the global application and promotion of standards.
